Development will consist of attic conversion to a bedroom & ensuite with dormer window to rear pitch roof of a semi-detached dwelling with 2no. rooflights and a new staircase to attic.

The development consists of the retention of the following modifications to application no. 3510/20: (1) A larger dormer roof extension. (2) The construction of a new, electrical meter structure to front garden. (3) Minor alterations/modifications to the converted garage and side/rear extensions including modified window and door sizes, alteration to the roof, and altered materials. (4) The construction of a rear, garden shed, area 10m2.

Works include the construction of single storey extensions to the house; to the rear, area 27 sq.m, with rooflight, to the side of the house at the rear, area 7 sq.m with rooflight and to the front, area 1 sq.m The conversion of the garage to a habitable room and the fitting of a new insulated roof finish and rooflight there. The replacement of all windows with the modification of the size of 2 existing window opes to the side and 1 existing window ope to the rear. The fitting of a new rooflight to the rear of the main roof and a new window to the rear wall of the house. The removal of one chimney and the demolition of a shed to rear. The removal of the existing porch screen and garage door and the fitting of a new glazed screen with entrance door and canopy there. Associated site works and hard landscaping works also included.

RETENTION: Apply for retention of permission for development at this site, 8 Sandymount Castle Drive, Sandymount, Dublin 4. The developments that require retention consist of a) the conversion the side garage to a bedroom b) a flat-roofed extension at ground floor level to the rear and c) a small flat-roofed bathroom extension at first floor level also to the rear, all to an existing two-storey terraced dwelling.

The development will consist of the demolition of the garage and single storey extension to the side of the existing two storey semi-detached dwelling. The construction of a new two storey extension to the side and front, with hipped roofs and roof light to the side. Part two storey, part single storey extension to the rear with roof lights. Alterations to the front entrance door and new canopy over. Roof lights to the rear of the existing main roof. Full renovation and internal alterations of the existing house. Enlargement of the vehicular entrance off Sandymount Castle Road and new pillar to match existing. Associated site works.

The development will consist of: 1) The conversion of the existing attached garage to living accommodation, 2) Construction of a single storey extension to the front of the existing dwelling, 3) Internal and external alterations, 4) Increase existing vehicular entrance width, and 5) All ancillary site development works.
