The development will consist of: • The construction of new dormer window to rear of the main house roof to facilitate a habitable attic conversion with a bedroom and shower room; • 2no. new rooflights: one to front main roof and one to rear main roof; • All associated demolitions / alterations, internal layout changes, drainage and ancillary works.

The Development will consist of: • Demolition of existing single storey garage to side / extension to rear; • Construction of a single storey extension to the side and rear; • Widening of the front existing vehicular entrance to 3.5m and associated alterations to plinth, railings and gates; • All associated demolitions, internal layout alterations, single storey garden store and barbeque area to rear, landscaping, drainage and ancillary works.

The development will consist of: (i) extension at first floor level to the side/east of the existing dwelling; (ii) the provision for 1 no. staircase from first floor to attic level and the conversion of the attic into habitable space; (iii) the provision of a new dormer window to the rear at attic level; (iv) the omission of the existing window on the side/west façade at first floor; (v) the provision of 2 no. rooflights to front, 2 no. rooflights to side/west and 1 no. rooflight to rear; and (vi) all ancillary works inclusive of landscaping necessary to facilitate the development.

Permission for works which consist of the construction of a new dormer window and 1no. roof-light to rear of main roof.

Planning permission for the development to include demolition of existing single storey extensions to rear and side, construction of new single and two storey extensions to rear and ancillary internal alterations, replacement of windows throught and extension and alterations to existing garage to rear to provide double garage and home office.

Planning permission sought for repairs and re-pointing to facades facing Morehampton Road and Mount Eden Road including the two chimneys on these facades. Note this building is within the Belmont Avenue/Mount Eden Road and Environs Architectural Conservation Area.
