Works include minor internal alterations, modifications to front, side, rear elevations, extension of main roof, attic conversion to store, new dormer to rear, retention permission for widening of vehicular access & all associated site development works.

Planning permission is sought for new attic conversion with dormer projecting window to rear roof, also 2 number velux windows to front roof for home office, playroom facility and all associated site works.

Planning permission for: a) Change of roof profile from hip end to full gable end to accommodate attic conversion incorporating dormer extension to rear. b) 1 no. 'velux' roof light to front elevation. c) All associated site works at No. 27 Abbey Drive, Navan Road, Dublin 7.
