Works also to include demolition of 2 no. garages to rear, widening of existing vehicular entrance, and associated landscaping & site works.

The construction of a two storey, three bedroom detached dwelling with new pedestrian entrance onto Nuns Walk and utilising the existing vehicular entrance onto Nuns Walk and all associated site works.

Planning permission for a 24m multi-user free standing support structure carrying telecommunications equipment, together with associated exchange cabinets, fencing and all associated site development works for 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G wireless broadband and data services.

Demolition of conservatory to side of bungalow; replacement with single storey extension to side and rear; dormer to rear; new roof lights to front and side roofs and all associated drainage and landscaping works.
