PERMISSION: Conversion of existing attached garage at side of existing house for use as a habitable room and for small extension to rear for an ensuite.

Amendments to Planning Permission 1004/65 to include a pitched roof and three windows on the gable wall of side extension, with a habitable room on the ground floor of the extension, together with additional development of separate garage to the front and store room to the rear.

The development will consist of:- Demolition of existing 2-storey office building and boundary wall; Construction of a 4-storey residential building to accommodate 12 no. apartments comprising 7 no. 1-bedroom units, 3 no. 2-bedroom units and 2 no. 3-bedroom units; - Provision of balconies at first, second and third floor levels, landscaped open space, 7 no. car parking spaces, bicycle parking, new boundary treatments and all associated site works and services.

To install a 1.8 x 1.7m x 0.7m (HxLxW) above ground natural gas pressure reduction cabinet and an accompanying 3.25 m high vent stack with all ancillary services and associated site works in the foothpath adjacent Ravensdale Park, Kimmage, Dublin 12.
