The proposed development will consist of a second storey extension to the side of the existing dwelling.

The proposed development will consist of a second storey extension to the side and rear including a dormer to the rear. This will accommodate 2 no. new bedrooms and will include 3 no. velux windows to the front of the house, together with minor internal modifications and associated site development works.

1. Construction of a 9 sq. m. extension to the rear ground floor Living/ Dining Room; 2. Reconstruction of the vaulted roof above the rear Living Room and installation of a new rooflight to this roof; 3.
