The development will consist of the construction of a 1st floor, bay window extension to the side and front of the house, (over original ground floor garage). Proposed to extend existing pitched roof over new extension. New wall finishes to match existing house.

Permission is sought for the demolition of an existing single storey extension, chimney and outbuildings to rear and single storey projection at side of existing two storey semi-detached house; the subsequent construction of a new part single storey / part two storey extension to side and rear, converted attic with new dormer and rooflights to rear, replacement of all existing windows and doors and all associated site works at 18 Farney Park, Sandymount, Co. Dublin.

Permission for development consisting of the following: The demolition of an existing chimney, single storey extension to rear and single storey extension to side comprising converted garage. Construction of a new part single storey part two storey extension to rear, part two storey plus attic extension to the side, attic conversion with new dormer window to rear, solar panels to rear slope of extended roof, replacement of all external windows and doors and widening of existing vehicular entrance, drainage and revised landscaping front and rear.

The development will consist of the demolition of existing single storey and two storey extensions to rear and demolition of single storey extension, garage and chimney to side of existing 2-storey semi-detached house; the subsequent construction of a new part single storey / part two storey plus habitable attic level extensions with rooflights to the side and rear of the existing house, modifications to elevations including altered window and door openings, replacement of all existing windows, widening of the existing vehicular entrance and all associated site works.

PERMISSION: To demolish the existing one storey kitchen annexe to the rear of the existing house at No 17 Farney Park, Sandymount, Dublin 4 D04E129 and to replace it with a part one storey flat roofed extension to the rear containing kitchen, dining, utility room and a part two storey pitched roof extension with set back containing family room, bathroom, stairs and (garage replacement) playroom to the front at ground floor and new bedroom, family and master bathrooms plus master bedroom at first floor. It is proposed that the existing attic space at second floor level be enlarged to extend for the full width of the house including the garage area and is to contain a new dormer window with recessed glazing to avoid overlooking and 3 No. Velux rooflights to the rear plus two smaller 'conservation style' rooflights to the front. In addition planning permission is sought to construct a small garden shed in the rear garden.

Widening of vehicle entrance gateway to include demolition of portion of front boundary wall and 1 no. existing gate pier, construction of new gate pier to match existing, extended dished kerb and associated works.
