Permission is sought for the extension and alterations of existing detached dwelling at No.190A Sundrive Road, Dublin 12, D12 F8N3 by Ryan McGrath. The development will consist of the following principal elements: 1. Construction of a new two storey extension to the side and front. 2. Construction of a single storey extension to the rear, including 2no. of velux windows. 3. Alterations to internal layout, roof and elevations. 4. All associated landscaping and ancillary works.

Permission is sought for construction of a single storey extension with flat roof to the front & side and a single storey extension with pitched roof to the rear of existing detached house, 3 no. of velux windows and all associated site development works.

Planning permission for a new two-storey dwelling on site to side of existing house, together with widening of existing driveway entrance to 3.5 metres, along with miscellaneous alterations to existing house, to include demolition of existing single storey scullery to rear and widening of existing pedestrian entrance to form new vehicular entrance and associated site works at 232 Sundrive Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12.

The alterations to existing roof profile to convert from hipped roof to gable end with one window in the new north facing gable wall at attic level to facilitate an attic conversion to Home Office/Study with a new Dormer Window in the rear roof plane and two roof lights in front elevation roof plane.

Planning permission is being sought for single storey extension to side and rear (20sqm), and new vehicular entrance.
