Permission for the construction of 1. a part single storey part 2 storey extension to the side and rear, 2. planning permission to widen an existing vehicular access exiting onto Kincora Drive, Dublin 3, with all associated site works.

The development consists of the demolition of existing single storey kitchen annex & outhouse to rear of existing house & for the construction of 1st floor extension over existing garage with provision to carry over the hipped roof and for a roof window on the new hipped gable roof & for a single storey extension to the rear and to convert the existing attic to include a dormer window to the rear of the existing house & for all associated site works
