Planning Permission sought for the following: 1. New single storey extension with patio area to rear of existing dwelling. 2. New window to first floor Bedroom to rear elevation. 3. Alterations to existing window to stairwell to side elevation. 4. Garage Conversion to habitable use consisting of removing existing flat roof and replacing same with new flat roof at increased height. 5. New location and alterations to existing front door and screen to front elevation. 6. Alterations to Existing Vehicular Entrance and driveway. 7. Demolish existing chimney to rear elevation. 8. Planning permission is sought for the construction of a 1st floor pitched roof extension over the existing adjoining garage to the side, the addition of an attic conversion with rooflights to the existing roof structure, and all associated site development works.

The development will consist of: • Extension of main hipped roof over the existing two storey flat roofed side extension complete with rooflight to side roof; • Conversion of the attic to a non-habitable space complete with dormer window to rear facing roof; • All associated internal, drainage and ancillary alterations.

The development for permission will consist of: • Demolition of the existing single storey extension and outbuilding to the rear; • Construction of a single storey extension with rooflights to the rear; • Conversion of the single storey garage to the side; • Extension of main hipped roof over the existing two storey flat roofed side extension; • Alteration to window openings to rear at first floor; • All associated internal, site, drainage, landscaping and ancillary alterations. The development for retention permission consists of: • Widened vehicular entrance onto Parkmore Drive previously completed.

RETENTION: Retention permission for a domestic extension and alterations to existing semi-detached dwelling at 36 Parkmore Drive, Terenure, Dublin 6W. The extension and alterations are comprised of: single storey extension to rear; elevation changes; modifications to existing house; widening of existing entrance gateway; and all ancillary works.
