Applying for Planning Permission for Demolition of existing single storey extension and construction of new single storey 33sqm extension to rear including internal and external alterations, new canopy to front elevation and associated site works.

Permission is sought for construction of a 'mansard' type roof extension and dormer window to the rear of existing house at attic floor level over existing two storey extension to provide for additional attic room and all associated site development works.

A) Demolition of a single storey garage/utility room at the side of dwelling. b) Conversion of attic space to a home office with roof lights to the front. c) A new window to the side at second floor level. d) Construction of a single storey extension to the front and side with roof light. All with ancillary site works.

Single storey extension at side and first floor extension at rear over section of existing single storey extension. Replace remaining tiled roof on single storey extension with flat roof and glazed atrium and all associated site works

RETENTION & PERMISSION: The development will comprise - Retention of existing single storey extension (7 sq.m) to rear of existing dwelling, single storey front porch (2 sq.m) and change of use of garage to habitable accommodation; and Permission for first floor extension over existing single storey accommodation to side of dwelling to create a 2 storey dwelling with roof profile to match existing loft conversion with 1 no. rooflight to side elevation and 1 no. box dormer window to rear elevation, and associated elevation changes and site works.

Development at 112, Ennafort Road, Dublin 5 consisting of: (i) demolishing the conservatory at the rear of the dwelling building a single-storey kitchen and utility extension, (ii) building a one-storey extension at the front of the dwelling to include new porch entrance and extension across the garage front, extending the garage at the rear, raising the garage flat roof height and converting the new and existing space to ancillary family 'granny-flat' accommodation and (iii) all associated internal, site and drainage works.
