Permission is sought for a 14sqm 2nd floor dormer attic extension, works to include extending the ridge of the hipped roof to form a full gable with new window on the East facade and dormer on North (rear) roof slope to adjoin similar proposed development at no.51. Permission to include a 1.8sqm hipped roof porch extension, alterations to internal layouts, associated site works and services.

Permission to include a 1.8sqm hipped roof porch extension, alterations to internal layouts, associated site works and services.

Permission for conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, new access stairs and flat roof dormer to the rear.

The development will consist of the conversion of existing attic roof space to non-habitable study and change of roof profile from hip roof to gable.

Alterations to the front boundary to widen existing vehicular access to 3.6m, and all associated site works.

Permission for new two-storey extension to side and rear of dwelling, new pedestrian gate to boundary wall, widening of driveway entrance and dished foothpath, and associated site works.
