Permission is sought for a 14sqm, 2nd floor dormer attic extension, works to include extending the ridge of the hipped roof to form a full gable with new window on the West façade and dormer on North (rear) roof slope to adjoin a similar proposed development at no.50. Permission to include a 1.8sqm hipped roof porch extension, alterations to internal layouts, associated site works and services.

Permission to include a 1.8sqm hipped roof porch extension, alterations to internal layouts, associated site works and services.

Alterations to the front boundary to widen existing vehicular access to 3.6m, and all associated site works.

Permission for conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, new access stairs and flat roof dormer to the rear.
