The development will consist of: a) The demolition of the existing rear external store & bath, b) the construction of a new extension to the rear, including ground, first & second floors, c) increasing the existing ridge line by approx. 550mm to the front & rear (matching the neighbouring height) d) and including all associated site works.

Planning permission for demolition of existing single storey extension, construction of a part single and a part two storey extension, and an attic conversion with a dormer roof extension, all to the rear, and 2 light domes on the roof.

Planning permission is sought for the conversion of the existing attic space to include 1no. dormer to front and one to back, change in roof profile and increasing ridge height, alterations to side wall opening and all associated internal and site works at 2 storey semi-detached house.

(ii) and the construction of a two storey extension to the rear of the dwelling, the conversion of the attic space to include a dormer window and raising the existing ridgeline by 250mm and incorporating 2no. velux type roof lights to the front elevation, and all associated site works.

The development will consist of extensions and alterations to the existing house, including an attic extension with a new dormer and window to the front and associated changes to the roof ridge line and height, with a pitched roof from the rear of the dormer down to a two-storey rear extension providing a new stair to the attic, a new bathroom and additional bedroom area at second floor level, with additional living area at ground floor level, associated internal alterations and site works. Total extension area to be circa 30.4m2
