Application for planning permission for the demolition of an existing single storey extension to the rear and the construction of a new porch to the front of the dwelling and a two storey extension to the rear. The existing facade is to be fitted with external insulation and smooth render, the development will consist of internal modifications and connection to all main site services and associated works.

The construction of a single storey extension to the front, two storey extension to the rear and Installation of an External Wall Insulation System with brick slip finish to the entire house.

Planning permission for development will consist of: (a) demolish existing bay windows at rear ground floor (b) ground floor extension to rear (c) first floor extension to side and rear over existing flat roof area and new extended area (d) amendments to all elevations (e) all associated ancillary site development works

The development will consist of the construction of a two-storey extension to the side of the existing house, the construction of a porch to the front of the house, extending the length of the existing garden wall and all associated site and drainage works.

The development will consist of the demolition of the existing double & single storey extensions to the rear of the existing dwelling and the construction of a new 2 storey and single storey rear extension consisting of a kitchen/dining room at ground floor and two bedrooms at first floor and the construction of a new porch to front elevation at ground floor level. All these works to be carried out at No. 76 Derrynane Gardens, Sandymount, Dublin 4.
