Permission is sought for an extension to a terraced dwelling. The development will consist of construction of – a ground floor pitch roof extension to front of the dwelling and a canopy over the front door, new double glazed windows and door with change to window type to front of the dwelling, first floor pitch roof extension to rear of the dwelling - part over an existing ground floor extension and part cantilever over garden, 2no. velux rooflights to rear, and internal modifications at ground and first floor levels.

Alterations to an approved rear extension to an existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling, granted under reg. ref. WEB4944/23 to consist of a new rear window to bedroom 3 at first floor level in lieu of a side window.

The development will consist of the part-conversion of the existing side garage c/w new flat roof and an extension to an existing two storey rear return to the back of the main house, together with internal remodelling, all to an existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling.

Permission for new vehicular entrance to front and area for off street parking to front and associated site works.

Permission for single storey extensions to front, side and rear. New windows at ground floor level at side and rear. Create new pedestrian access gate to side and increase height of boundary wall at side and rear by 300mm and associated site works.
