Amendments to include the construction of 3 no. apartment units (2 x one bed, 1 x two bed) with associated private balconies in lieu of the permitted single apartment to fourth floor level only. The approved communal terrace is retained, but with a total area of 96 sqm.

Retention permission: the development will consist of the rentention of conversion of attic space including dormer window to rear.

PERMISSION:The development will consist of the material change of use of the approved office unit to provide for a hostel use as well as alterations to the fenestration along the Carman's Hall elevation.
