Planning permission for the construction of a detached 2 storey dwelling with a converted attic space and dormer window to the rear at attic level, including all associated site works, landscaping & SUDs drainage details, the proposal will include a new vehicular access exiting onto Abbotstown Road, Dublin 11, all at site to the side of 64 Abbotstown Road, and 42 Ratoath Avenue, Dublin 11.

Permission to widen the pedestrian entrance to create vehicular access with kerb dishing to public footpath to facilitate off street parking.
