Development consisting of the construction of a first floor extension at the rear of the existing dwelling, 2no. rooflights and all associated works

Permission is sought for construction of a first floor extension with ‘mansard’ type roof to the rear of existing house over existing single storey extension to provide for a bedroom and study at first floor level, attic room at attic floor level, 4no of roof lights, 2no of sun tunnels and all associated site development works.

Re-position and widen existing vehicular entrance with matching entrance pillars and to rebuild front boundary wall to facilitate off street parking and EV charging.

The development will consist of new single storey porch extension to front of existing dwelling, modifications to existing elevations and internal plan layout. The development also includes widening of front entrance for vehicular access and modifications to existing driveway together with all associated site works.

Permission to create a new vehicular access with kerb dishing to front of property.

Dropped kerb to give new vehicular access. With parking space in front garden.
