Planning precedent report

The development consists of the construction of a new pitched roof dormer to the side of existing dwelling at roof level to allow for access to converted attic space. Also the construction of new metal garden shed to the rear of the site with laneway access. The development is to include internal alterations & upgrades, landscaping and all ancillary site works and drainage.

Construction of single storey garage in rear garden

The development will consist of removing the full hip roof and replacing it with a small hip roof. Building a roof dormer at the rear and converting the attic space into a home office with a separate toilet, new stair access from the upper floor landing and all associated internal site and drainage work.

Permission to demolish front wall and railings to construct a new vehicular entrance and dishing of the public pavement and all associated site works.

The development will consist of a single storey extension to front and a two storey extension to side of existing dwelling. The development will also include an attic conversion including a dormer window to rear and rooflight to side of roof.

The development seeking permission will consist of the provision of a 3m wide vehicular entrance to the front of the property.
