Garage conversion to side incorporating new raised flat roof, attic conversion with dormer to rear and removal of hipped roof to side and replacement with new "A" roof

Planning Permission for vehicular access at the front of 19 Sycamore Park, Finglas, Dublin 11, encompassing the part removal of the front boundary wall to allow for the creation of an off road parking space in the area occupied by the front garden together with localised dishing of existing pavement to enable access and all associated site works.

The conversion of existing hipped roof profile to apex roof profile with new window in the east facing gable wall at second floor level, construction of a dormer window to the rear and conversion of the existing attic space to home office/study.

Permission sought for a new vehicular entrance driveway for off street parking to the front and also a new single storey porch extension to the front.

PERMISSION & RETENTION permission is sought by Carl Kellegher for a.) retention of the opening up works to the boundary wall for the provision of off street parking, b.) permission for the construction of a new vehicular entrance of 3.6m wide with new pillar and boundary wall to match the existing, and c) dishing of the public pavement, installation of permeable paving and all associated site works to no. 22 Sycamore Road, Finglas East, Dublin 11, D11 RK10.

The development will consist of removing the full hip roof and replacing it with a small hip roof. Building a roof dormer at the rear and converting the attic space into a home office with a separate toilet, new stair access from the upper floor landing and all associated internal site and drainage work.
