The construction of a single storey extension to the side and rear of existing house and to replace brick finish at ground floor level on front elevation with a smooth render finish.

Planning permission is sought for attic conversion for storage / study room with dormer type window to rear, also single storey kitchen extension to rear and all associated works.

The proposed development will consist of removal of the existing rear garden wall and gates, and the erection of a detached double garage accessed from the existing laneway, and all ancillary works.

To replace the existing west facing rear boundary wall with a new brick finish boundary wall, construction of a single storey extension to the side,replacement of existing single storey pitched roof to rear with a new flat roof, new window in west facing wall of first floor extension to rear, new single storey porch to front and relocation of existing vehicular entrance from rear boundary into the west facing boundary onto Conor Clune Road.

The development consists of constructing a single storey extension to the rear and a single storey porch to the front and all associated ancillary site-works.
