Planning permission is being sought for revisions to previously approved application (Planning Application No.2600/15) revisions to elevations and minor internal alterations relating to a detached 2 storey house with attic store and vehicular entrance on infill site to property Woodpark Lodge, 1B Vernon Heath, Clontarf, Dublin 3. Eircode D03P5W9.

Planning permission is sought for a site to rear and side of existing property at 159 Vernon Avenue, Clontarf, Dublin 3. Permission is sought for the construction of a new detached 3-bedroom dwelling; 2 storeys to North side, single storey to South side, with half-barrel-vaulted roofs and a rooflight, alongside with shed. Planning permission for the provision of no. 2 car parking spaces. New dwelling and car parking spaces will be accessible through laneway to the west of site, as per planning ref no WEB1018/19.

Planning permission is sought to the side of existing dwelling at 159 Vernon Avenue for the construction of a new detached 5-bedroom dwelling; 2 storey to the front, 3-storey to the rear, along with single-storey extension to the front, rooflights, shed and bin store, along-side with car parking spaces and with all associated site works and landscaping works. New dwelling and car parking spaces to be all accessible through laneway to the north of site, as per planning ref. no. WEB1018/19.

The development will consist of new single story kitchen extension, new utility room and toilet with Velux window to rear and internal alterations all to ground floor.

Planning Permission is sought for the alterations to previously granted application WEB1018/19. The proposed permission will consist of alterations to the shared pedestrian and vehicular entrance arrangement to the existing sites, providing a new separate vehicle and pedestrian entrance to the existing dwelling at 159 Vernon Avenue, Clontarf Dublin 3. The granted laneway to the rear two sites will still be maintained but permission is also sought for altering the existing access onto Vernon Avenue and all associated site works and landscaping works.

Planning Permission is sought for the alterations to shared pedestrian and vehicular entrance arrangement to existing dwelling. The proposal consists of a new shared pedestrian & vehicular laneway providing rearranged access to the existing dwelling, whilst providing vehicular access to the remainder of the site known as 159 Vernon Avenue. The proposed laneway is to be accessible from Vernon Avenue and will include all associated site works and landscaping works.
