Permission for construction of a single storey flat roof extension to the rear, first floor flat roof extension over part of an existing rear extension and for a single storey pitched roof extension across the front of the house and all associated works.

Proposed works include a new front porch and a two storey extension to the side and back, this will wrap around at 3.5 meters back to the rear of the property at ground level and 2.7 Meters at first floor level to create extra space and modernisation to this family home.
