PERMISSION & RETENTION: The development will consist of the retention of rear single storey extension and permission for proposed single storey rear extension, garage conversion, elevational alterations.

Planning permission is sought for alterations to existing single storey rear extension and front dormer, demolition of single storey rear extension to be replaced by 2 storey extension, demolition existing side dormers to be replaced by 2 enlarged dormers to side, new first floor bay window to rear, minor alterations to existing facades and all associated site works.

The development will consist of: The construction of a single storey extension to the side and the rear of the existing house with associated rooflight. A new rooflight to the rear of the existing roof. All associated ancillary landscaping and site works.

The development will consist to extend the existing attic storage room area with revised roof profile to front and rear over already approved bathroom en suite (ref no 3070/18) all to existing house.
