The development will consist of: - Demolition of existing part ground floor garage structure to the side, existing part single storey extension and conservatory to the rear and two storey pitched roof element to the side. - Construction of two storey side extension with pitch roof to match existing semi-detached dwelling, refurbishment and extension of existing single storey extension with flat roof to rear, new dormer window extension to rear pitch roof, solar panels and rooflights to rear, existing front reception window cill lowered and new porch entrance to the front. PERMISSION:The proposed development comprises of the removal of the existing single storey rear store and the removal of the existing garden shed to the rear. The development will also include for a new garden shed to the rear, the widening of the existing vehicular entrance, all associated site development works, drainage, hard & soft landscaping, and all other ancillary works.
