Extensions and alterations to an existing two storey detached dwelling comprising: a) The demolition of the existing single storey, previously constructed extension to the rear, b) The construction of a single storey flat roof extension to the rear, c) Internal Alterations, d) Elevational Alterations which include re-roofing of the existing Entrance Porch, a revised material finish and 2 No. new windows to the North (Side) Elevation, e) The construction of a covered canopy over the existing side passage, f) The widening of the existing vehicular entrance to 3600mm, and g) All associated site & landscaping works, The proposed works result in an increase in habitable floor area from 176.2sq.m. to 204.5 sq.m.

The proposed development will consist of the demolition of existing garage and single storey side lean-to, and revisions to the property including: A) two storey rear extension B) two storey side extension C) replacement of existing roof finish, D) blocking up existing dwelling entrance and new dwelling entrance to side extension, E) new roof glazing, and all associated works.

Permission sought for widening the vehicular entrance to the front of the house to 3.6m from 2.65m and carrying out associated alterations to concrete plinth and wrought steel railings

Attic conversion with dormer roof and windows, rooflights, all to the rear, and ancillary site works.

The development will consist of; 1) canopy to the front of the dwelling with copper clad finish, 2) first floor stairs extension to the side of the dwelling with copper clad finish, 3) conversion of existing hip roof to gable, 4) conversion of existing attic to bedroom & en-suite with dormer style window to the rear & rooflight to the front, 5) new connection to mains sewer in public roadway and all associated site works.

Planning permission is sought for the following: (1) demolition of existing single storey non original extensions to the side, and the construction of a single storey extension to the side of the existing detached house, with new pitched roof over, including 3 no. Velux roof lights (1 to the front elevation and 2 to the side). (2) The proposal also seeks to relocate and widen to 3.5m the existing vehicle / pedestrian entrance from the Southern side of the site on Ramleh Park to the eastern side of the site on Ramleh Park, internal modifications, landscaping and all associated site works.
