Planning precedent report

The development consists of the conversion of existing attic space to a store & office area with provision for a dormer window to the rear & 2 roof windows to the front of existing house and with provision for solar panels to be mounted on top of dormer to the rear and for all associated site works

Planning permission is being sought for 1. an attic conversion to the main roof for storage purposes, 2 remodel of the existing main roof hip profile to a gable end roof, 3. provision of a zinc clad dormer window to the main roof rear slope, 4. provision of a new stairwell window to the extended gable wall and 5. internal modification works.

Widening an existing pedestrian access to create a vehicular access with ancillary site works.

Planning permission for a new dormer window to the rear of dwelling.

RETENTION: Retention permission is sought to retain an existing vehicular entrance onto Mount Prospect Grove to allow for completion of driveway with dished public footpath and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.

For the following: 1. Skylight to North Roof Slope. 2. To remove existing roof hip on the East Side and extend it with an ''A'' line gable wall type to include a window with frosted glazing. 3. To construct a dormer roof on the South Roof Slope and convert the attic for use as Study/ Playroom and Attic Storage.
