Extension and refurbishment of existing end of terrace dwelling. The proposed works will comprise of the construction of a part two storey and part single storey extension to the side of the existing dwelling, new entrance porch to the front and internal refurbishment works. No proposed modification to existing on curtilage car parking. Proposed extension will be 32.75 m2 at ground floor and 14.26 m2 at first floor. Total additional area 47.01 m2.

Permission is sought to widen the entrance for vehicular access and off street parking and all ancillary works necessary.

Construction of a single-storey flat-roof extension to the front and side of existing dwelling.

The development seeking permission will consist of the provision of a 3m wide vehicular entrance to the front of the property

Permission for a vehicular driveway entrance and pavement dish with associated site works.

Permission for works consisting of alterations to the existing pedestrian gateway to be widened to create a new vehicular access 3.5m wide, all associated alterations, siteworks and ancillary works.
