The development will consist of; a) demolition of existing rear conservatory, single storey extension & chimney stack, b) proposed single storey extension to the rear of the property and with 2no roof lights, c) proposed first floor extension to the side of the property, d) widening of existing vehicular entrance, and all associated site works.

Planning permission for first floor side/rear extension with pitched/hipped roof over 1 no. roof light on hip. First floor internal alterations. Proposed attic conversion wth dormer roof window in rear slope of roof at attic level.

Permission for proposed change to as granted planning application ref: 4160/22. Proposed changes to include alteration to dormer roof windows on rear slope of roof, dormer roof window with W.C, minor location change & resizing of dormer window width on attic room.

Planning permission for Internal Ground Floor, First Floor & Attic Floor Alterations. Removal of chimney from roof at attic level. Attic conversion with W.C., 2 No. Dormer roof windows on rear slope of roof, 1 No. roof light on rear slope of roof, 1 No. roof light on front slope of roof all at attic level.

Dormer window to existing converted attic space to rear of existing dwelling and all associated site works.
