Demolition of existing single storey rear return and semi detached garden out building and the construction of part single, part two-storey extension to side and rear and all associated site works.

Permission for development for conversion of existing attached garage for use as a part of the house including extension to front of the attached garage and elevational alterations all to our existing semi-detached dwelling.

Conversion of attic to storage including a dormer window to the side, 2 velux rooflights to the rear, a velux rooflight to the front, all at roof level.

The development will consist of 1. Conversion of the attic space to consist of a study/playroom and WC with a flat roof dormer window to the rear. 2. Internal remodel and upgrade of the existing dwelling to suit the proposed layouts. 3. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.

Planning permission to construct a flat roof dormer with window to rear and 1 velux roof light window to the front elevation at attic level to already converted attic / loft space at 9 Cremore Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 11.

The development will consist of: (a) Partial demolition of the existing structure (b) Alterations to the existing elevations to include provision of a new part one, part two storey extension to the side and rear (c) Alterations to the existing dwelling to include internal alterations, new fenestration, removal of chimneys and provision of new rooflights (d) The provision of a new rear facing dormer window (e) landscaping works and storage structures to the rear and (f) all associated site works.
