Planning precedent report

The development will consist of demolition of existing single storey rear extension & construction of a new part single storey, part two storey extension to rear of existing terraced dwelling. The works will also include reconfiguring of the existing layout of the dwelling & reconfiguring the fenestration to the existing front entrance porch. External works will include removal of the existing front boundary wall to provide vehicular access for off street parking along with all associated site works.

Permission for works consisting of a new vehicular driveway 3.5m wide and all associated alterations and siteworks.
