The proposed development will consist of the construction of a new single storey one bedroom mews type dwelling (49.2m2) facing onto Chelmsford Avenue in rear garden of no. 31 Chelmsford Avenue, connection to existing drainage and surface water, a relocated side access gate, new boundary wall and all associated site works.
