Construction of a new single storey extension to side of existing dwelling, amendments to existing single storey extension to rear and all associated site works

Planning permission is sought for attic conversion with dormer projecting window to rear, new bedroom facility with internal modifications and all associated site works

The development will consist / consists of: 1 Attic conversion for storage use. 2. Installation of Velux roof lights to front of dwelling. 3. Installation of dormer style window to rear of dwelling.

Planning permission for the following works: (a) demolition of existing single storey lean-to element to rear (b) proposed combination of single storey mono-pitched and single storey flat roof extensions to rear and protruding to the side of the existing building (c) associated internal modifications and site works

Planning permission is sought for single storey extension to front, side and rear of existing house, new utility room and lounge, permission also sought for proposed side access gate to boundary wall, and all associated site works.

Installation of one District Regulation Installation (DRI) consisting of a vent stack to be built adjacent to an existing DRI. This includes an underground solid concrete base (measuring approximately 0.65m high by 0.65m x 0.65 m) with a free standing vent stack (approximately 3.5m high from the ground level) and associated works.
