The proposed works will consist of A) the demolition of shed structures at rear of the property; B) the construction of a new single storey extension at the rear of the property, and C) the construction of a new porch at the front of the property, and all associated site works.

Permission is being sought to convert and extend an existing attached garage into a new bedroom and ensuite. The existing front garage wall and roof is to be demolished and a new wall and roof constructed, extending to the front. Connection to existing site services and all associated works.

Planning permission to construct: 1. 1st floor extension to front and rear of existing 1st floor extension. 2. To extend existing hipped roof over to gable and remove existing chimney stack to side. 3. Single story extension at ground floor to rear, and all associated site works.

RETENTION:Retention permission for 2 sheds in the rear garden along with the associated site works at No 58 Clonmel Road, Dublin 11, D11 DE61.
