The demolition of the existing rear single storey extension, internal alterations, the construction of a new single storey rear extension, the conversion of the existing attic to habitable space with a new rear first floor dormer extension, and all associated site works.

Demolition of existing single-storey rear extension (17.9sqm GIA) and construction of new single-storey rear extension (22.9sqm GIA) - amounting to a net increase of (5sqm GIA) - with rooflights, together with internal alterations, internal insulation and installation of a roof light in the dormer extension (permitted under Reg. Ref. WEB2353/25 and ACP Ref. ACP-323529-25), and all associated site works.

The proposed development will consist of the construction of an attic conversion along with a rear dormer and flat roof.

The development will consist of 1) Demolition of existing rear extension & external shed, 2) Construction of new single storey extension to rear with flat roof & 2No. Velux rooflights to incorporate extended Kitchen/Dining area & storage, 3) Minor Internal modifications, 4) New attic conversion to habitable bedroom & Ensuite, 5) 5No. rooflights to Attic & 6) All associated site works and drainage connections.
