For the demolition of the existing flat roofed extension and the construction of a new single storey extension of floor area of 55 m2 and associated site works.

The development consists of demolition of existing extension and construction of a single-storey domestic extension of floor area 22.1m2 with 1 no. roof light to right hand side of property and associated site works.

RETENTION PERMISSION The development consists of the construction of a first floor level to the previously approved single storey extension granted under planning reference WEB 1680/22 and all associated site works.

Planning permission is sought for alterations to previously approved permission (Reg. Ref. 4433/18). The proposed alterations will consist of the following: (i) conversion of approved attic storage space to habitable bedroom space; (ii) 1 no. dormer window to the rear roof slope to serve proposed bedroom; and (iii) provision of 1 no. rooflight to the rear roof slope above approved stairwell. The development also includes all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.

The development will consist of a change of house design, from the two-bedroom detached house granted under planning ref. no. 3960/15 to a three-bedroom detached house, with the provision of the additional bedroom in the converted attic space and the inclusion of a dormer window on the front elevation, and all ancillary site works.
