RETENTION & PERMISSION: I, Enda Hoey, intend to apply for retention permission and permission for development at this site: 32 Killala Road, Cabra, Dublin 7. The development consists of: retention of bin storage shed to side of dwelling, and will consist of: demolition of front porch and single storey rear extension, the construction of a replacement front porch and two storey rear extension, internal and external alterations and additions, and all associated site works.

Retention permission of detached garden room to rear garden for use as home office/gym and storage space

The development will consist of a dormer to the rear roof of the of the existing dwelling. The proposed dormer will be compliant with the current development plan standards in terms of size and materials proposed, not exceeding the ridgeline of the house, with its sides being appropriately located away from the adjacent properties and leaving a significent portion of of the existing roof visible.

Single-storey porch to front and vehicular access driveway, walls, piers, gates and ancillary site works to front

(1) Demolition of existing shed circa 11sqm, (2) construction of two storey extension to side and rear of existing dwelling (3) with single-storey extension to rear, (4) conversion of attic with Dormer to rear, (5) widening of existing vehicular access and all associated site works.

Installing a new window opening at first floor level to front elevation.
