Works to include the retention of a shed to the rear garden of the property that is approximately 3 meters in height from ground to roof level and has a floor area of approximately 42.2 SQM, the said building is proposed to be converted internally to accommodate a music studio, office and secure lock up.

The development will consist of the build of a detached granny flat built at rear of house with bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.

The development will consist of demolishing existing shed to the side of the existing house and replacing with a new single storey extension to the side and extending down into the rear of the existing house. Planning permission for a single storey pitched roof structure in the rear garden (circa 50 sqm) for use as a utility room, games room/gym and part garden shed with associated site works.

The development will consist of the construction of a dormer window in the main roof to the rear of the property.

RETENTION Permission. The application consists of an attic conversion for storage purposes only (non-habitable status) with a flat roof dormer window to rear of house, internal alterations & all associated site works.
