Planning permission sought for the following works: (i) construction of a ground floor single storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling with flat roof (ii) construction of a new single storey first floor extension to the side of existing dwelling with pitched roof (iii) minor alterations to front elevation (iv) widening of existing vehicular entrance and dished kerb and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.
