Retention Permission for as constructed two storey house consequent to previously approved 3899/00, alterations being (i) additional floor area 0.6m to first floor rear and 0.82m at ground floor rear and (ii) surface water to discharge to new soak pit to rear garden.

Development will consist of demolishing a single storey detached garden shed to the rear of the existing site and replacing with a new bigger single storey detached building to be used as a game's room/storage area and all ancillary works.
