RETENTION: Retention planning permission for the single storey flat roof extension (22m2) with 3 roof lights constructed to side and front of existing dwelling including all necessary ancillary works.

The demolition of existing single storey side extension and construction of new single storey side extension with rooflight, construction of an attic conversion to include a dormer roof window to the rear of the existing roof, also rooflights to the side and front of existing roof, and to include all associated site works.

Amendments to previously approved planning permission (Reg.Ref. WEB1399/22), to include omission of dormer roof window to the rear of the existing roof, alterations to side extension, provision of single storey bay to the rear and additional rooflight to the side, and to include all associated site works.

RETENTION & PREMISSION: Permission is sought for: (i) Removal of existing flat roof on garage conversion, and extension of the existing principal roof to encompass garage conversion. (ii) Partial demolition of garage conversion, construction of new side, load bearing wall on garage conversion to support roof, one meter from shared boundary wall, creating pedestrian side access to rear garden. (iii) Replacement of existing garage conversion's front door and window, with single window. (iv) External wall insulation in white render to maintain existing overall appearance. Retention of permission is sought for: (i) Demolition of one of the chimneys. (ii) Widened vehicle entrance from 2m60cms to 3m60cms (iii) Removal of front sky light.
