The development will consist of A single storey extension to the side of the existing dwelling including alterations to ground floor windows to the front elevation with the introduction of cladding to the front elevation at ground floor level. Along with the adjustment of ground levels in the rear garden area and the introduction of retaining walls to create patio garden area at 16 Botanic Park, Glasnevin, Dublin 9. D09P9H2

The development will consist of demolition and new construction of a) existing front porch and roof b) demolition of rear single storey conservatory and sheds and construction of new replacement single storey kitchen extension at the rear c) change of use to convert existing side garage into a Granny flat with separate front access for dependant relative and wheelchair accessibility provided, replacement of aluminium windows and doors, new rooflight to main ex. stairs, new front landscaping layout, widening of front gates for safe car access, associated site works, connections and ancillary works.

The conversion of existing attic space to home office with 2 Roof Lights in front elevation roof plane, one dormer window in rear roof plane and one dormer window in the South-East facing side hipped roof.

Extensions and alterations to the existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling at 18 Botanic Park, Glasnevin, Dublin D09 A0Y2. Planning permission is sought for: (1) demolition of existing lean-to extension to rear; (2) proposed new partial single-storey, partial two-storey extension to the rear; (3) proposed extension at first-floor level to the front of the existing two-storey part of the house to the side, incorporating the replacement of the existing ground floor pitched roof to the side with a new flat roof and parapet; (4) new rooflight to rear of main pitched roof; (5) associated internal modifications and site works.

PERMISSION:The development will consist of demolition of and reconstruction of existing rear single storey garage and western boundary wall facing Daneswell Road, construction of new single storey kitchen extension to the rear and side, internal alterations, fabric upgrading, main roof repairs and new rooflight in rear existing roof over main stairs, replacement of existing windows and doors including bay window, new external wall insulation to rear walls, repointing of front and gable brickwork, repair/ repainting of boundary metal railings, drainage connections, landscaping and all ancillary site works.
