Demolish existing single storey extension and construct a two storey extension all to rear, new velux roof window in main roof to front and associated site works.

The development will consist of the proposed reconfiguration of existing boundary walls, relocation of existing vehicular entrance and provision of 3 new vehicular entrances. Also, the construction of 3 new dwellings to amalgamated side and rear gardens of existing dwellings consisting of: two new two-storey 2-bedroomed semi-detached dwellings with single storey extensions to front and rear fronting onto McAuley Avenue and one new two-storey 3 bedroomed detached dwelling fronting onto Lein Road. New vehicular entrances, driveways for three off street car spaces, new boundary walls, separation of front and rear gardens and all other ancillary site works included in the application.

Planning permission for the following: (i) Construction of a new two-storey two bedroom house to the side of No. 7 Mc Auley Avenue, with a new vehicular entrance driveway & pedestrian entrance; (ii) Minor modifications to the existing house to include the demolition of existing side entrance and the construction of a new entrance porch to the front; a new roof light over the stairwell to the rear; and a new pedestrian entrance to the front; (iii) All associated site works, fencing, boundary works, ancillary drainage and landscaping, all at No. 7 Mc Auley Avenue, Artane, Dublin 5.

Planning Permission is sought by Lyndsey O Connell & John Devine for the following works: (i) construction of a single storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling with flat roofs & rooflights (ii) Construction of a single storey extension with flat roof to the front of existing dwelling (iii) Construction of a two storey extension to the side of existing dwelling with pitched roof (iv) Alterations to driveway & widening of existing vehicular entrance onto McAuley Drive and all associated site & drainage works necessary to facilitate the development

Permission for the construction of a detached 2 storey dwelling including all associated site works, landscaping & SUDs drainage details, the proposal will include a new vehicular access exiting onto McAuley Avenue, Dublin 5 all at the site to the side of 9 McAuley Avenue, Dublin 5.

The development will consist of: (i) Building a two-bedroom extension above the existing one storey extension at the rear of the dwelling (ii) converting the existing attic storage space to a playroom/study with new dormer window in the rear roof and (iii) new stair access from the upper floor landing including all associated internal, site and drainage works.
