PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The Board of Management of Loreto College intend to apply for permission for development at the site of Loreto College, 53-55 St. Stephen's Green, Dublin 02, D02 XE79 (includes Protected Structures). The proposed development relates solely to the Sports Hall located to the south-east of the overall landholding, which is within the curtilage of the Protected Structure. No works are proposed to any designated protected structures. The proposed development amends a permitted development as granted under DCC Reg. Ref.3171/24. The development will principally consist of minor changes including the removal of part of the previously granted extension, specifically the 82.6 sqm lateral extension along the south-western elevation at ground floor level; reconfiguration of the internal layout; general elevational changes; removal of an existing shed; relocation of permitted external plant; and all associated site works above and below ground.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission is sought for the continuation of office use of the basement level of 4 Ely Place Upper.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: the proposed development relates solely to the sports hall located to the south-east of the overall landholding, which is within the curtilage of the protected structures. The development will principally consist of a 168.8 sq m extension to the building comprising a lateral extension 82.6 sq m along the south western elevation at ground floor level and a vertical extension of 86.2 sq m along the north western elevation at first floor level (no change to maximum height of the building); reconfiguration of the internal layout; general elevational changes; replacement of roof and rooflights; plant including new heat pumps on the north-eastern elevation of the building and all associated site works above and below ground.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for the restoration and refurbishment of the front facades of Loreto College, No's 53, 54 and 55 St. Stephens Green, Dublin 2 all of which are Protected Structures. The works will consist of the following; (1) No. 53 St. Stephens Green- existing cementitious pointing to be carefully raked out of brickwork and stonework, careful steam cleaning and lime mortar repointing of the brickwork and parapet stonework to front façade and low wall to front railings, careful removal and reinstatement of front steps to main entrance, refurbishment of sash windows where required, repainting of plastered walls and all wrought iron railings, (2) No. 54 St. Stephens Green - existing cementitious pointing to be carefully raked out of brickwork and stonework, careful steam cleaning and lime mortar repointing of the brickwork and stonework to front façade and low wall to front railings, refurbishment of sash windows where required, refurbishment of feature surrounds to 6no. windows located at ground and first floor levels, repainting of plastered walls and all wrought iron railings, (3) No. 55 St. Stephens Green - careful steam cleaning of brickwork and stonework to front façade and low wall to front railings, refurbishment of sash windows where required, repainting of plastered walls and all wrought iron railings at Loreto College, No's 53, 54, and 55 St. Stephens Green, Dublin 2. No's 53, 54, and 55 St. Stephens Green, Dublin 2 are listed on the Dublin City Council Record of Protected Structures - Ref's 7786, 7787 and 7788 respectively.

Protected Structure: Permission for subdivision of the curtilage and separation of the mews dwelling at 44 Laverty Court, Dublin 2 from the main dwelling at 44 Fitzwilliam Square West (Protected Structure), Dublin 2 and for the retention of a garden boundary wall separating the properties and the alteration of granite steps to provide access to a car parking space at Laverty Court to serve the main dwelling. The proposed development is within the curtilage of a Protected Structure.

Planning permission for the following works: Removal of the existing external concrete staircase. Construction of a two storey extension to the front to contain Study, Utility, a Bedroom and two Bathrooms. Construction of a single storey extension to the front to form a new Entrance to the Ground Floor Garage/Workshop and to provide an external deck to the front for the First Floor Living Spaces. Installation of a new internal staircase to provide access to First and Attic levels. Provision of a dormer window to the front at Attic Level in the existing roof to light and ventilate the Proposed Attic Study. Installation of ten number rooflights to light and ventilate various rooms at Ground, First Floor and Attic Level. Installation of a new steel and glass balcony and staircase to the rear accessing the rear garden from First Floor. Related internal alterations.
