PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Works to include refurbishment and internal alterations; repair to existing brick façade, chimneys, eaves and external steps; refurbishment or replication of existing timber sash windows; alteration to cill height of 2 No. rear windows and provision of new glazed doors; removal of existing modern extensions and proposed extension to provide entrance lobby & universal toilet at lower ground level.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission is sought for: Alterations to and extension of No. 11 Clyde Road, Dublin 4, D04 FY07, a protected structure, including the construction of a two-storey rear extension and a single-storey rear and side extension together with modifications to existing ground floor fenestration, interior alterations and external works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for erection of a 6m flagpole, new front gates and pillars, security grills to all ground floor windows and side access door, security cameras to front and rear, replacement rear door, nameplates and change of use of existing office building to embassy (office) all to 14 Clyde Road, A Protected Structure (RPS ref. 1966).

Planning permission is sought for: The demolition of the existing two-storey mews house and the construction of a new two-storey 3-bedroom house including modifications to entrance gates together with associated external works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The works will consist of internal alterations to the lower ground floor plan. Works will include creating a number of new openings and blocking up a number of existing openings. New ground floor sub-floor with insulation and underfloor heating and altering an existing window to create a new side entrance. Trees and car spaces will be unaffected.
