Partial demolition of existing single storey extension to rear and construction of a new ground floor extension to front, side and rear, including garage conversion, a first floor extension to side and rear, conversion of existing attic with dormer to rear and roof glazing to front with alterations to existing building to include all ancillary site works to an existing semi-detached two storey dwelling at 5 Cremore Crescent, Glasnevin, Dublin 11, D11 E4E9.

Planning Permission is being sought to widen the existing vehicle entrance, together with associated alterations to the front garden at 13 Cremore Crescent, Glasnevin, Dublin D11 A8P4 for Katherine Sheehy.

The development will consist of the demolition of the utility room to rear of property, part of existing rear wall, the rear decking and part of the existing roof. We intend to erect a single storey extension to the rear of the property, extend to the side over the existing garage, extend the roof, convert the attic and incorporate a flat roof dormer to the rear roof.

The development will consist of the construction of a 9 sq m first floor side side extension, and dormer roof extension to the rear.

Conversion of attic to storage including a dormer window to the side, 2 velux rooflights to the rear, a velux rooflight to the front, all at roof level.

The development will consist of: a) The demolition of existing single storey garage & utility section, b) The construction of a new 2 storey extension to the side and extend existing hipped roof to new party wall, c) The installation of a new skylight to the front and side roof, d) The construction of a single storey extension to the rear including roof alterations, e) The construction of a new flat roof dormer to the rear to convert the attic space to a habitable room, f) The widening of the existing vehicular entrance from 2.5m to 3.5m wide, g) including all associated site works.
