The development will consist of the removal of a pedestrian front gate and partial wall for the creation of a new vehicular driveway to the site in order to facilitate safe and efficient off street parking at the property. PERMISSION & RETENTION: The development will consist of: • Retention of the vehicular driveway and alterations to the boundary wall. • Permission for a new porch to the front entrance and entrance ramp. • Permission for single storey domestic garage and home office structure to the rear of the dwelling accessed from the shared laneway to the rear. • And all associated internal alterations, site, landscaping and ancillary works.
