The development will consist of the construction of two 4 bed two storey plus attic level semi detached houses and the demolition of the existing building on site,formerly in use as a light industrial workshop and latterly used as The Church of Jesus Christ The Redeemer, Christian Community Church, provision of two parking spaces,four bicycle spaces, and all associated site works, site landscaping services and all ancillary development.

The development will consist of: -The demolition of existing two storey rear extension. -The construction of a new two storey, flat-roof rear extension. -Construction of a rear dormer. -Minor internal alterations to the existing dwelling.
