Planning permission is sought for: (1) demolition of existing flat roof extension to rear side; (2) proposed new single-storey extension to the rear; (3) proposed new two-storey extension to the rear side, incorporating replacement of existing flat roof with new flat roof over existing storey extension to side, with increase of parapet height by 300mm; (4) conversion of existing garage to habitable use, with proposed new door and window on the ground-floor front (side); and (5) associated internal modifications and site works.

Permission to widen existing vehicular gate to 3.6m with new 1.2m high bin and bike stores in front garden. Single storey extension to front of dwelling, first floor extension to side over existing ground floor (study/utility) to create 2 no. bedrooms, single storey extension to the rear. Conversion of attic with dormer and velux rooflight to rear roof. Internal alterations including new stairs to attic, removal of existing side chimney and associated works.

Planning permission is sought by Conor English for the following works: (i) Demolition of existing garage & outbuilding to the side & rear of existing dwelling; (ii) The construction of a new part single storey part two storey extension to the side and rear of existing dwelling with pitched roof on the first floor element and flat roof on the single storey elements; (iii) the widening of existing vehicular entrance onto St Assams Drive and all associated site & landscaping works necessary to facilitate the development all at 1 St Assams Drive, Raheny, Dublin 5.

The development consists of part demolition of the existing rear facade & construction of a new two storey flat roof and part single storey glazed roof rear domestic extension to provide revised layout internally including additional living accommodation at ground floor and additional bedroom at first floor level with renovation and alterations to the existing house including the provision of a rooflight with stair access and set back glass balustrade at roof level. Modifications to the side façade including side access door at ground floor level and increase existing window size at first floor level. Modifications to the front façade including relocation of the front entrance door at ground floor level and accessible terrace at first floor level, and all associated site works.

PERMISSION AND RETENTION: The development will consist of a new single storey dining room, kitchen and toilet with new roof light, to rear of existing house, with internal alterations all to ground floor, with new roof light to first floor and retention of games room and shed to rear garden- all to existing house.

RETENTION: Retention Permission for the demolition of the existing driveway pier, the widening of the vehicular entrance and the construction of a new driveway pier.
